It is seldom to find hotel rooms with a 10% yield. It is even rarer that the developer offers a buy-back at 125% after year 10. Bracken House is offering both. As such, the hotel has a nice potential to profit from the upsurge in hotel occupation in the last 2 years, caused by a low £ exchange rate.

Northern Powerhouse Developments

The project is run by Northern Powerhouse Developments, a hotel group with no 13 hotels and growing by 3-4 hotels each years. The groups is concentrating on a few clusters in the middle of England (the Northern Powerhouse), boosting the profit potential of the hotels.

And obviously, there is also some personal usage available: 2×7 days in any of the hotels of the group.

The 10% will return to 8% for any reservations after December 27th. Don’t wait too long…
